{"id":1455,"date":"2025-06-12T14:24:59","date_gmt":"2025-06-12T11:24:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/surelab.tourem.aegean.gr\/?p=1455"},"modified":"2026-05-13T20:50:02","modified_gmt":"2026-05-13T17:50:02","slug":"educational-activity-mandarin-routes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/surelab.tourem.aegean.gr\/en\/educational-activity-mandarin-routes\/","title":{"rendered":"EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY | Mandarin Routes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Members of the Sustainable and Resilient Regional and Tourism Development Laboratory (SuReLab) brought the \u201cMandarin Routes\u201d to the thematic workshop \u201cLinking Knowledge and Production with a Focus on the Chios Mandarin.\u201d The workshop took place on 26\/5\/2025, within the framework of the Educational Action for Linking Knowledge and Production with a Focus on the Chios Mandarin, implemented by ETAH AAE OTA in cooperation with FoodOxys IKE, as part of the Interregional Cooperation Project \u201cDistinctive Greek Flavours II: Greek Gastronomic Culture\u201d under the Rural Development Programme (RDP) 2014\u20132020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Laboratory participated with the presentation \u201cLocal Production Meets Tourism Development: Walking through the Kampos of Chios\u201d a research approach highlighting the cultural and touristic potential of the Chios Mandarin as an element of sustainable local development.
